Dolores Ennico '82 MBA, '17 Hon.
Dolores Ennico is a long-time member of the University of New Haven Board of Governors and has served on most its committees.
Ms. Ennico retired from Olin Corporation after a long and versatile 44-year career. She spent her last 10 years in the C-suite which was preceded by many senior level positions, including Vice President – Administration. Upon retiring from Olin, Ms. Ennico spent about three years consulting with her former colleagues. She is the principal of Canterbury Consulting, a Human Resources consulting firm based in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Ms. Ennico currently serves as an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee for RBC Bearings, Inc. She also serves on the Boards of Girl Scouts of Connecticut and Sacred Heart Academy, a women’s college-preparatory secondary school in Hamden, Connecticut.
Ms. Ennico graduated with distinction from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Microbiology and a M.S. degree in Biochemistry. She received her MBA from the University of New Haven in 1982 and was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University in 2017.
Ms. Ennico’s niece and nephew are both graduates of the University of New Haven. Her nephew, graduated from the University with a degree in chemical engineering and serves as a mentor to undergraduate students. Her niece is a graduate of the University’s industrial organizations program with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and has served as an adjunct professor in the University’s psychology department.
