Ms. Ennico is the retired corporate vice president of human resources at Olin Corporation, the third largest producer of chlor alkali products (chlorine and caustic soda, sodium hydrosulfite, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen, potassium hydroxide and bleach products) in North America.
Expertise
As vice president of human resources at Olin Corporation's headquarters in St. Louis, Mo., Ennico directed the human resource activities for more than 3,800 employees worldwide. She began her career with Olin as a research technician in the company's New Haven research and development center, rising through the ranks to lab manager and eventually vice president. She was elected an officer of the Olin Corporation in 2009.
Prior to being named vice president of human resources, Ms. Ennico served as vice president of administration for Olin's Winchester division and former Metals group. She began her career at Olin in 1974.
Community Service
Ms. Ennico has served on the boards of the Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Ill., and the Alton (Ill.) Memorial Hospital. Currently she serves on the boards of the United Way of St. Louis and the St. Louis Area Business Coalition.
Education
Ms. Ennico earned a bachelor's degree in microbiology and a master's degree in biochemistry from Southern Connecticut State University, as well as an MBA from the University of New Haven in 1982. The University awarded her an honorary Doctor of Business Administration in 2017.
